Position Title: Marketing Manager

8 per Day / 5 Days per Week

Salary Range

$26.50 - $42.50 / Per Hour DOE

CATEGORIES OF DUTIES

Attend Marketing Committee and other committees and meetings as assigned
Work with A&R Department on a routine basis around

2.1. Calls

2.2.Work with A&R staff at AV, LB, and Northridge

2.3.Monitor where business is coming from

Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. (TTC) Image Continuity help insure carried throughout company in

ads, signs, etc.

Participate in the developing Tools for Marketing and help make sure everything conforms to the

company image

Participate in Advertising Creation and Contracting For Space

5.1.Yellow pages

5.2.Flyers

5.3.Publications

5.4.External Mailing Pieces

5.5.Other Ads for Various Organizations

5.6. Printed Marketing Material – Supervise All Aspects

5.7. Supervise Photography to be used in company marketing materials

As a major focus of the position carry out External Account Marketing Activity – Maintain

relationships with those making referrals and account satisfaction and work to develop new

opportunities

6.4.Community agencies

6.5.Insurance carriers and managed care companies

6.6.EAP’s and Interventionist

6.7.Faith Based Organizations

Participate in Aspects of Public Relations

7.1.Work with media all types

7.2.Set up and arrange all TV and print interviews

Managed Care Meeting

8.1.Participate in presentation

Mailing Lists

9.1.Updating Account Contracts (a joint responsibility)

Manage Care Contracts

10.1. Help to Maintain Contract List

Responsible for Increasing Private Pay and private insurance Business
Attend necessary conferences as assigned
Work closely with directors, supervisors and consultants to grow and enhance TTC private

services at all times.

Assist in TTC public business as assigned.
Other duties as assigned by Administration/COO.

Education/Experience

Three (3) years in a supervisory capacity healthcare field with experience in drug abuse treatment.
