Description

Under general supervision, collects, analyzes, and presents data in support of financial reporting and budgeting. The analyst prepares physician payments and ensures compliance with applicable regulations.

Prepares and analyzes physician payment requests to verify compliance with contract terms and ensure proper approval of payment.
Maintains physician contract index and scanned physician contracts.
Maintain physician contract expiration listing and monthly notice to vice presidents regarding contract renewal.
Maintain and report average daily census for Budget Office and Administration.
Gather and report monthly statistics.
Maintains and reports average daily census for Budget Office and Administration.
Prepare financial analyses as needed for variance explanations, budget, audit and other requests as required.
Work with Decision Support team to develop dashboards in Power Bi using census data.
Prepares graphic presentations of statistical and/or financial data.
Participates in hospital performance improvement activities when requested.
Develop queries and return accurate data files to serve as the foundation of the analyses
Manage and manipulate files maintaining content integrity
Prepare complex written and graphic reports that explain and interpret data trends
