The product manager is responsible for building a winning product strategy to drive long term advantage for Censis, defining business model to support successful new product launches and growth of the business while continuously improving business financial health. Strong critical thinking, project management, dynamic, and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is a requirement. The successful candidate is a self-starter, highly motivated, analytical, detail, and has experience with working successfully in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

Manage entire product portfolio and life cycle from inception through commercialization to maturity
Gain deep understanding of customer experience and workflows through customer research and market work
Identify critical trends and product leadership opportunities in a competitive landscape. (Including pricing, industry structure, technology/product positioning and advantage)
Lead product innovation process to uncover problems worth solving and to identify customer use cases, jobs to be done, and difficulties; design customer pilot and beta programs to ensure end user needs are met
Partner with Engineering to build new products by developing use case scenarios and user stories by applying lean software development practices
Develop pricing and go-to-market plans to ensure successful product launches while working closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing & Sales
Deliver presentations on performance, strategy and customer insights to executive leadership
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for internal and external collaborators
4+ years as a Product Manager, Product Marketing, Strategy, Innovation Manager in a software company or health care
Experience working in Agile teams; familiarity with Scrum preferred
Experience in product lifecycle management from inception to launch to sustainment for one or more products
Experience in pricing models, market scoping & market segmentation toolkits
Experience working and leading projects across cross-functional teams
Extremely organized with confirmed ability to establish priorities and achieve results
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to customer locations

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology related subject area, or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.

National: The salary range for this position is $77,600- $144,000

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
