We are currently seeking a talented and creative Jr. Graphic Designer to join our client’s team. As a Jr. Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our print design and print production efforts. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various print materials, including marketing collateral, packaging, signage, and promotional materials.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and ideas for print materials
Design and produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and illustrations for print projects
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
Prepare print-ready files for production, including pre-press checks and color corrections
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and production, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in print design and production techniques
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Assist with photo retouching and editing as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
1-2 years of experience in print design, preferably in a retail or fashion industry
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation for various print materials
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Ability to take feedback and make revisions accordingly
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
