Under the leadership of founder, chef, and CEO Brendan Sodikoff, Hogsalt rapidly grew from a single storefront to an ever-expanding ensemble of restaurants employing nearly 1,000 people. Hogsalt's success has come from remixing fine-dining with comfort food to produce superb fare that is classy, unpretentious, and often playful.
