Our Product Managers work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and external partners to deliver high-quality IT implementation and support services. You'll be responsible for scoping, pricing, and packaging our holistic product, service, and data offerings, ensuring they're competitive and value-driven.

Professionally, this person is driven to deliver high-quality projects on time and within constraints. They are proactive, capable of operating independently, and willing to seek advice or direction when necessary. This individual must be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects, and possess excellent communication skills. They should be comfortable working independently as well as in cross-functional teams, and be adept at problem-solving and making data-driven decisions. Candidates should be able to provide specific examples of how they have met similar objectives in the past, and references should confirm their unique capabilities.

Job Duties:

Lead the delivery of IT implementation and support services for our aviation software products
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success teams, and external stakeholders to deliver value on time and within scope
Generate service offerings based on market trends and customer requirements
Operate both independently and as part of cross-functional teams, focused on problem-solving and data-driven decisions
Build and maintain relationships with external partners

Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Experience in SaaS and enterprise IT management solutions, such as identity management, mobile device management, or IT professional services.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Military veteran
