An individual with a passion for outstanding client service, and a desire to learn the craft of account leadership. This role will support a book of business by providing capacity and assisting with writing briefs, and various project requests. A fun, upbeat personality is a plus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Help support internal operations/work (briefs, kick-off meetings, budgets, timelines, etc.)
Attend client meetings/discussions where applicable.
Assist the Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager to maintain the forecast.
Assist and begin to learn billing estimates.
Assist the Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager in communicating with the internal/external team.
Lead special assignments for Account Director, and other Account Leaders.
Strong attention to detail, proactive ability to manage your personal time and project deliverables.

Qualifications

2-3 years agency/client work experience. Experience in shopper marketing, preferred.
Experience proactively leading and collaborating with cross- functional teams and working with minimal supervision is required.
Experience in shopper marketing or advertising marketing a plus.
Experience in digital marketing and social commerce preferred, and a passionate curiosity for the evolution of this space is required.
Professional maturity and agility in a hybrid working environment are required.
BA degree in marketing, advertising, or related field - advanced degree preferred
Maintain a three-daya week in office presence.
