What to expect:

In the first four months, you will study and obtain your Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity.
As you progress, you will handle customer calls with increasing complexity and have dedicated time to develop new skills and connect with colleagues.
As you gain proficiency, you will have the opportunity to explore advanced skills aligned with your interests.
