Responsibilities

Asking leading questions to find out the clients needs while developing rapport.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Ask clients for referrals, Set appointments, perform follow-ups, and Maintain a high level of client retention
Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
Meet insurance sales goals set by management.
Any other responsibilities set by management

Requirements

Hold current Alaska Property and Casualty License and retain license by meeting the continuing education requirements
3+ years of experience in commercial insurance lines
Ability to navigate agency management system.
Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills and professional office and phone etiquette
Be a great self-starter, driven with an eye on hitting your targets
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
