Job Responsibilities:

Acquire full transparency on assigned mining clients (end customers, EPCs, engineering houses) operating out of the respective regional company for global & local projects
Build trustful relationship with key decision makers & influencers by mobilizing i-base support through Customer Service colleagues, providing technical input where necessary and being a ‘go-to-person’ for the customer on matters of drive solutions.
Promote strengths of FLE portfolio to get FLE at the top of the makers list with a clear advantageous edge.
Providing FLE global Sales community the keys to convert drive package opportunities from respective OEMs/ EPCs in favor of FLE

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Mining/ Metallurgy)
Proven experience of 5 - 8 years minimum in mining & minerals in respective region
Proficiency in managing all system applications and CRM tools to operate independently
Experience in technical sales and providing solutions acc. to customer specification
Communicate in English (additionally Spanish for Chile), have interpersonal skill with aptitude in relationship management
Organizational skill and collaboration at global level

****Please note this position is U.S. based in the Elgin, IL location and will be expected to travel to Canada as needed. *****
