Over the last year we have grown more than 15% and we need to add to our team to continue our double-digit growth. We are looking for a motivated Marketing and Business Development Rep. We are a local water and mold restoration contractor that has been in business since 1986. This position does not require any industry background, we are ready to train! Job Functions

New customer acquisition

Marketing events on and off site
Presentations at our customers’ locations to small groups
Maintain existing customers
Implement our multi-step marketing program
Marketing route completion

Meetings with decision makers/owners

Qualifications

Strong in business development
Strong organizational, oral and written communication and customer service skills required

Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
Expert at building long term relationships.

Compensation
$65,000 base while training + commission + incentives!
