What you would do at True Rx Health Strategists:

The Ohio Account Manager is responsible for being the primary point of contact for assigned clients and works with cross functional teams to deliver quality customer service.

Previous Experience and Abilities:

Account Services Duties
Act a direct contact via telephone and email for client to resolve any questions/issues on an on-going basis
Client Expectation Management
Efficiently manage clients in a manner that allows for room to acquire more clients
Participate in client review, open enrollment and benefit meetings
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and members
Become proficient in all aspects of proprietary software used for claims adjudication
Develop plan parameters with client by utilizing the Benefit Plan Design and transition process
Facilitate the finalization of agreements between True Rx and client
Work with data vendor and any external third parties to during the installation of new client
Customer Service Duties
Recruiting New Clients
Assist Business Development with finalist presentations
Research client and/or marketing data to incorporate into presentations
Update and/or enhance presentations as needed
Perform and/or assist in prospective client actual prescription analysis to determine potential cost savings
Data Analysis
May be required to interpret claims data and advise client on results
Performs other duties as assigned by management

Previous Experience and Abilities:

Education: College degree or client facing, account management experience required. Account Management within healthcare, third party administration or pharmacy benefits management preferred.
Capable of interfacing with True Rx clients and owners to provide solutions to problems
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products
Need to be flexible and work as a team player
Demonstrates strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and have good organizational skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time
Ability to communicate and work under stress effectively while maintaining confidentiality at all times
Need to be self-motivated and work with little supervision
Need to be adaptable and have different responsibility given periodically
Need to be comfortable presenting in front of a variety of audiences and stakeholders
Travel occasionally as work requires, mainly within your regional location but possibly outside of that region if requested by leadership
