Business Development Rep | Full Time M-F | $18-$19/hr plus Bonuses | Temp to Hire | Prospect Park

The Inside Sales Representative will work with prospective clients to ensure a smooth process. You will demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism. You will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products options to prospective clients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering high volume calls and handling customers' questions while sending additional information per email
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
Maintaining the interactions with the active clients and identifying new clients as well as new business
Efficiently perform all job duties in a fast-paced environment
Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Handle heavy volume of customer inquiries via phone and/or email
Communicate freely with management on any issues or problems that need further clarification or handling.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate/GED / Equivalent Work Experience
Must have a Sales Background
Excellent customer service skills required
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Intranet skills required
