We are in need of a Senior Account Executive to continue to grow in Mexico. This role is a key sales position and reports to the Head of Sales. As a remote-first, global organization Jeeves is committed to building a team as diverse as the companies we serve.

Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in Roma Norte.

Job Responsibilities:

Optimize full sales cycle and executive effective pipeline strategy: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, discovery, objection handling, development, negotiating, and closing
Collaborate with marketing and customer success to develop your own materials and increase conversion rates
Work with our Country & Regional Managers to develop, track, and exceed targets.
Operational excellence in key performance indicators and quota attainment
Build an effortless and value-driven client experience while working directly with a versatile portfolio of business owners to help support their financial goals

Requirements:

Prior experience working within a fast growing startup - fintech, payments, or banking entity
6+ years’ experience in sales or business development
Existing relationships with international companies
Demonstrated ability to garner attention, present professionally, and communicate at all levels of an organization
Successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Keen interest to develop a career in a high-performing Sales team and learning the inputs of a sales machine
Experience using CRM software (ex. Salesforce, Hubspot or Pipedrive)
