What You'll Do

Branch Managers are responsible for escrow and/or operations from beginning to end. You'll manage and coach your staff, recruit and train staff members, and resolve customer issues. You will be responsible for customer service and proactive problem-solving. You will attend all company and customer meetings as necessary and keep staff informed of company policies and procedures. This role involves collaborating with the sales representative and senior leadership to increase revenue and profits, manage expenses, and capture third-party market share.

Revolutionize the next generation of Closing Services by designing new process flows that combine cutting-edge technology with exceptional customer service.
Provide Qualia-supported human interaction with our clients.
Manage compliance within the branch concerning company policies, procedures, and auditing compliance.
Hire and train Escrow Officers and supporting personnel to ensure the delivery of our promise of exceptional support and interaction with our clients.
Run the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced and high-volume purchase escrow operation.
Provide technical and managerial leadership to other Escrow Officers and support staff.
Read and interpret contracts, including lenders' instructions, trust agreements, purchase contracts, and underwriting guidelines.

You Have

A High School diploma or equivalent is required
Close to five years of escrow processing experience
Close to two years of management experience, knowledge in the closing process, math calculations, TRID, and CFPB requirements are required
Microsoft Suite and Google Suite proficient
Communicate effectively, maintain cooperation, and display a positive attitude with coworkers and management
Qualia or Resware knowledge is a plus
