About the role

The Senior Manager, QSR Operations will be an integral member of the our upcoming WonderX business vertical “Wonder HDR” which includes hyper localized initiatives for individual restaurants, reporting to the Head of HDR Operations. The role will be responsible for architecting high level business strategy and driving the business forward through key initiatives. This will require someone who is a strong communicator, analytical, and project manager. This role will work across various stakeholders throughout the organization.

In this role you will

Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Monitor and report on the progress of operational improvement efforts.
Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Analyze market trends and customer data to inform strategy development.
Dive into the data, identify trends and outliers to optimize the business to hit key metrics.
Identify and evaluate potential acquisition and partnership opportunities.
This position is primarily located in Parsippany, New Jersey but will require visits to our operational hubs, production facilities, and corporate headquarters.

The experience you have

Extensive experience in a strategy or operations role, in the QSR or food/beverage industry
Strong project management skills and ability to affect change in a matrixed organization.
Highly analytically rigorous; bias to data in decision-making. Ability to translate data into action and insights.
Strong verbal/written communicator who can interface with senior leadership and synthesize information to illustrate key points.
Experience with market and customer research methods

Base Salary Range: $136,500 - $157,500
