100 Thieves is looking for a Meta Content Coordinator/Social Producer who is on top of gaming, lifestyle trends, and has a keen eye for good content in the areas of fashion, culture, and music. The primary responsibility of this role will be ideating, creating and editing social content across our owned and operated channels as well as data entry on Facebook channels on a consistent basis. We are looking for someone who can spot a funny clip from a mile away, get creative with applying lifestyle trends to gaming, and knows social platforms inside and out.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience managing social platforms for a brand or creator with an audience of 1M
Strong editing skills (video, short form, photo)
Manage weekly content uploads on to Facebook
Creative mindset with a great eye for quality content
Proficient at writing social copy, designing social assets, and curating quality content
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Unafraid to think outside the box
Experience with live event photography/videography a plus
Knowledge of esports is a plus
Experience with Adobe Creative and Google Suites

Responsibilities

Own and operate one of our social media accounts from curating content, posting to engagement
Attend tentpole events to acquire content for social media
Creative ideation and execution. This person will see through social content production from conception to completion
Identify and curate community lifestyle content
Create, edit, and publish bespoke organic and branded social content

Our targeted compensation rate for this full-time position based in Culver City, California is between $20-$30/hour, depending on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, and alignment with market data.
