Operations Manager:

If you have a passion for food and management then this is the job for you. The Operations Manager is responsible for the logistics of our delivery team and the execution of events operationally. You will need to work closely with sales to ensure the customer meal or event is a success. You will also be guiding our logistics and delivery team to ensure our deliveries are on-time and carried out smoothly. This role will require inventory management, logistics planning, Captain hiring and training, events management and other services as need be. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, detail oriented and excited about the future of the catering space.

Qualifications:

2 to 3+ years in an operations role, preferably in the catering industry
Detail oriented and proactive - key to success is anticipating issues and reacting accurately
Events execution and management
Being able to find solutions to problems in a timely manner
Extremely organized
Receptive
Flexible and willing to help
Eager and willing to learn
Management experience
A go-getter who will ensure an amazing customer experience
Team player
Professional
Collaborative - must work well with the other operations managers and sales team
