The Manager, Sales Reporting and Analytics will be an objective, trusted business partner of Sales striving to ensure effective sales execution and growth objective achievement. This role will lead the reporting and analytics team reporting to the Director, Pricing and Sales Support. The Manager, Sales Reporting and Analytics will build scale leveraging software tools and automation, and through in-depth analysis, define and implement programs to enhance sales performance and productivity. Via proactive leadership, new insightful productivity measurements will be outlined and tracked, with the expectation of ongoing improved trends as new programs, processes and tools are introduced and adopted by the sale teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

Provide detailed, accurate reporting and analysis to identify opportunities to enhance sales performance, efficiently scale for growth, and support sales executive strategic decision making.
Build standard sales productivity analysis and Key Performance Indicator dashboard reports for sales leadership, Executive leadership and owners. Provide proactive trending insights to drive sales leadership decision-making.
Compile, analyze and summarize various data sources to support financial and general business strategies.
Support internal teams in automating, digitizing and refining customer data across all core systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday and QTS Service Delivery Platform) and key business reports (monthly bookings for example).
Provide insights and reporting on the economic impact and risks of various customer opportunities and business strategies.
Monitor industry trends and work with Sales leadership to update standards rates and discount levels.
Effective communication and engagement with various internal teams to support projects requiring customer or pricing information
Proactive, regular formal and informal communications of updates, timeline, and details as needed on future and current initiatives; available as a sales resource, traveling to field sales locations as needed.
Proactive research with Pricing, Marketing, Sales, and external sources to create market analysis
Develop external resources to conduct external research on industry best practices.
Assisting with other projects for Pricing and Sales Support team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum five years of experience in sales or revenue support and analysis
Extensive spreadsheet and quantitative skills
Effective time management skills
PowerPoint presentation experience
Proven project management skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in Business Administration
Prior experience in a data center or real estate environment
Prior experience in sales or revenue analysis
