The Client Services Specialist is responsible for supporting existing Customer: with the retention and growth of revenue in an excess of one thousand accounts as well as the customer satisfaction of each client. This position will serve as a liaison between sales, the customer, and the appropriate line of business within the organization. This role will report to Manager, Client Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

• Serve as an escalation point for any service related questions that the OSC cannot handle

• Address billing and reporting questions and function as a liaison between billing, Accounts Receivable and the client to resolve discrepancies

• Complete requests for credit forms and other ad hoc requests to support internal and external stakeholders

• Partner with data center operations, the operations support team and facilities to get physical audits prior to renewals and upgrades

• Follow up with internal teams to ensure provisioning timelines are met and services are installed

• Partner with the respective teams to ensure systems and/or data are accurate

• Coordinate with clients for processing orders which includes managing rejected forms and ad hoc requests to ensure all necessary information is captured

• Deliver contracts and invoices to clients or account management team when needed

• Work with internal teams to provide monthly customer data to account managers and account management leadership

• Ensure accuracy of data between, the contract, Salesforce.com and Service Now

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, related technical field or equivalent professional experience

• Two or more years of related experience, preferably within technology, managed services, or hosting industries

U.S. Citizenship for this position required due to federal contracts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Salesforce.com and Service Now experience

• Experience working in the data center industry

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Ability to assist in leadership of team members

• Superior customer service and negotiating skills – must be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization with sales, engineering, product, and others

• Strong experience with MS Office including MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio and Access
