SALES COORDINATOR:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing and developing new leads, assisting the sales team with sales operations & logistics, and working with our commercial team to service accounts via field marketing.

The Company has scaled its operations in seven states, including Pennsylvania, Virginia, Massachusetts, Illinois, California, Nevada, and Ohio, and has been named one of the top five cannabis companies to work for by Cannabis Business Times.

The Company operates more than two dozen retail locations across the country under the retail brand, BEYOND / HELLO™ as well as under the recently acquired brand, Nature’s Remedy. The Company provides an unparalleled in-store experience, coupled with online reservations and in-store express pickup.

Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinals and Sèche, which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

New lead generation:
Identify, source, and qualify new leads
Sales operations and logistics:
Assist the sales team in order submissions, onboarding, and other customer service functions
Assist the account manager in setting up + coordinating field activity
Field marketing
Conduct pop-ups, educational seminars, sales contests, and other strategies to increase account value and drive faster + more frequent product orders
Be the face of Jushi’s brands across the state
Attend industry events for brand representation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

High school diploma/GED. Undergraduate degree preferred
Previous experience in a sales position preferred.
Previous experience in cannabis preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Ability to achieve targets.
Must have reliable transportation – will be spending 75% of time on the road visiting accounts
