About The Role

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for talented leaders to join our agile, world-class team.

Responsible for the product development and technology development processes and the product portfolio. Also responsible for aligning the product and tech roadmaps with the overall corporate strategy and creating and driving the operational plan. Leads the company through the PDP and TDP phases and governance to ensure on-time product maturity and readiness for launch.

About The Work

Demonstrates leadership to influence cross-functional organizations and deliver enterprise results
Manages a team of program managers who support Engineering, Operations, Research, and Industrial Design on product and technology development
Owns the product portfolio and product and technology roadmaps; leads the company through PDP milestones to deliver on-time launch goals
Provides subject matter expertise, coaching and training on PDP deliverables
Leads executive team on strategic planning and ensures alignment with product portfolio and PDP roadmap
Leads company on translating corporate strategic plan into operational plan by function across entire enterprise; ensures tactical actions roll up to enterprise strategy
Fosters cooperative, collaborative working relationships and dialogue across the enterprise to facilitate productive portfolio planning and balancing competing priorities and resource constraints with need to launch products on time and with excellence
Able to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

About You

B.S. in engineering or technical related field, or M.B.A.
At least 8 years of product program management experience with at least 4 years of people management experience
Seasoned leader, steps in to new environments, creates a vision and provides direction
Experience working on advanced hardware systems with integrated software
Experience working with manufacturing operations, internal or contract manufacturing
Experience building product strategy and roadmap, linking to overall corporate strategy
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Motivate teams, leader of multiple teams and employees
Strategic thinker, problem solver, drives convergence
Willingness to relocate to Oregon or travel as needed to company sites
Authorization to work in the USA
