Intro

We are looking for a Technical Application Engineer to provide the first line of technical and applications support for all Screening Eagle sensor products in the Screening Eagle USA North America territory (USA & Canada). This requires in depth understanding of the products, test methods, technology and standards (ASTM, ISO).

What will you do

Assist in development and advancement of all aspects of technical support for company's products: Application, sales and marketing support to assure the technical capabilities of our products are well supported and promoted.
Conduct periodic training of internal staff, partners and end users.
Work in cooperation with the Regional Sales Managers to promote the general technical abilities of our products, evaluate and generate competitive comparisons and identify product improvements and new product opportunities. You will be responsible for presenting related requests for consideration and possible action within PM, engineering and development capacities.
Participate in professional societies, organizations and trade shows to compliment activities of Regional Sales Managers.
Contribute to the quality control program and product quality issues.
Create and maintain an electronic and paper documentation system to ensure that technical documentation is well organized, easily accessible to our staff and regularly updated.
Travel to fulfill the requirements of the position, and to assist Screening Eagle with meeting technical and general support needs of our Customers and Partners.

What do we expect

+2 years experience in sales, service or product line management with electronic instrumentation.
University Degree in Engineering, Materials Science or Technical.
Experienced NDT Technician
