To satisfy the needs of our growing client base, Hamilton Lane is looking to hire an Analyst to join our Client Solutions Support – Operations team in Conshohocken, PA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Client Solutions Support – Operations Analyst will provide primary support to the domestic and international Client Solutions Teams. The analyst will work closely with the Client Solutions leadership team on value-add projects to enhance sales enablement and improve different parts of the sales process. Please note that this position does not directly involve sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the global sales team through value-add sales enablement projects such as creating new automated reporting, dashboarding, CRM data improvement, etc.
Manage the global institutional sales team revenue and commission tracking process, work with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely commission payments
Maintain and update reporting dashboards through excel and Power BI, enhance dashboards with value-add features as new needs arise
Actively engage with the global sales team to help them use our CRM data and other resources available to them more efficiently to improve their sales processes
Work with Client Solutions leadership team on companywide ad-hoc strategic initiative projects

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS; Education and/or Experience:

College degree (B.A., B.S., or B.B.A)
0-3 years’ experience in a related financial services role
Experience supporting sales function a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
Working knowledge of CRM is a plus, but not required
Experience working with data visualizations tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus, but not required
Strong quantitative/analytical skills; excellent excel skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have strong skills in Microsoft applications, advanced Excel skills a plus
Ability to work independently
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to operate in high pressure environment and prioritize projects
Ability to work 50+ hours/week when necessary
Ability to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
